FAQ

What time do I check-ins/ check-outs?

Check-ins begin from 15:00 p.m. until 23:00 p.m. and check -outs must take place before 11:00 a.m.

After 23:00,due to the late hour there is an extra 15 euros late night fee if you want to meet a host, or a 10 euros charge for a lockbox self-check in service!

How do I get the key?

After completing your reservation, you will be asked to set an appointment with me or one of my friends to give you the key and show you the apartment.

How do I find the apartment?

After completing your reservation, you will be receiving a significant amount of information regarding your reservation. Please review the information, video and photos that will point you to the right.

How do I set up a meeting with the host?

After completing your reservation, you will be asked to set an appointment. Check-ins are done with appointments that we agree before your arrival any time after 15:00. Me or one of my friends will meet you there! In case of last-minute booking we need at least one-hour notice to arrange a check in appointment.

House rules?

Guests must respect the following rules of accommodation.

            -           Smoking is not allowed

            -           Please respect the apartment’s guest capacity.

            -           Pets are not allowed in the premises.

            -           Parties / Events are also not allowed

            -           Do not throw any paper towels in the toilet

How do I add an extra guest to my reservation?

You can always contact me through stay@7onis.com I’ll do the rest 😉

What if I want to cancel my booking?

Strict: Full refund if cancellation is within 48 hours of booking

  • Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is canceled before check-in.
  • Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
  • A reservation is officially canceled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
  • Cancellation policies may be superseded by the Guest Refund Policy, extenuating circumstances. Please review these exceptions.

14 days prior

48 hours after booking

Example

For a full refund of accommodation fees, cancellation must be made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 full days prior to listing’s local check-in time (or 3:00 PM if not specified) on the day of check-in.

7 days prior

For a 50% refund of accommodation fees, cancellation must be made 7 full days prior to listing’s local check in time (or 3:00 PM if not specified) on the day of check in, otherwise no refund. For example, if check-in is on Friday, cancel by Friday of the previous week before check in time.

If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance or decides to leave early after check-in, the nights not spent are not refunded.

How do I book more tickets?

Guests can book additional tickets online or by calling the hospitality team on +30 2105247341 (10:00 a.m. – 22:00 p.m.)

When will I receive my voucher?

Tickets will be sent out prior to the experience / trip - this can vary depending on purchase dates.

I’ve lost my voucher, what do I do?

Guests can contact the hospitality team on +302105247341 or through stay@7onis.com to reissue a new ticket.

Do I have to print my voucher or will it scan from my phone?

Vouchers must be printed, however it is recommended that if guests need a voucher printed they can always find us on the 1rst floor of Voulgari 2 Street, Omonoia, Athens, Greece.

What if my transfer is late?

Guests can contact the hospitality team on +302105247341 or through stay@7onis.com to resolve the issue immediately.
